Hello Participant, 

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey! We are a group of second year Human Geography students from the University of the West of England investigating the effect of tourism and sustainability on the food and drink culture on the island of Mallorca. The intention for this survey is to gain public opinion on the issue from both tourists and locals on the island in various different locations. The survey itself should take around 5 minutes of your time. 

This investigation seeks to understand the whether the island of Majorca is experiencing a loss of its unique culinary culture or whether there are efforts being undertaken to preserve this. 

Your responses will contribute valuable insights into the topic and hugely benefit our research which will be internally presented to our lecturing staff.  

All questions have been created in line with BERA ethical guidelines and all responses will be kept anonymous. As a participant, your involvement in this research is completely voluntary.
